Business Training Team is a membership site that provides training in video format on a wide variety of topics.
What is a membership site?
You pay a minimal fee for a month, three months or longer and have access to over 60 courses. You can take these courses at your convenience – at your office or home. You can watch them as many times as needed to absorb all of the information.
Many of the courses come with step-by-step instructions on how to perform the tasks taught in the training. You may offer these courses to your employees to improve their skills and make them a more productive member of your team.
What if I have questions?
You can post questions on the Business Training Team website and the instructor will get back with you to answer your questions. In addition, many of the courses come with a monthly webinar designed to answer you specific questions. Send in your questions prior to the webinar or submit them during the webinar and our instructors will be there for you.
What if I don’t want to join a membership site?
Due to popular demand, Business Training Team is offering many of the courses as a one-time fee. You will have access to the course for one year and can review the material as often as you like. Many of these courses also offer monthly question-and-answer webinars.
How do I find the course I need?
Use the Conway Chamber’s Academy website and select from the list on the left of your screen, or use the search feature to the right and type in a subject you would like to know more about, or select from the list of courses on the Courses tab. For instance, let’s say you need to be more proficient with Microsoft Excel, simply type Excel in the search box and all of the available courses will be presented. These include video, instructor-led or Lunch ‘N Learn.
